This week I have had my hotmail e-mail hacked into and e-
mails sent pretending to me...
I have contacted hotmail but nothing yet, is there any
where else i can report it, like an internet watch dog ?

Are you sure someone hacked into your email? It's pretty easy for people to
forge email addresses using any email account.

Additionally, email worm "viruses" like Klez are very common and they forge
an email address. If this email was a Klez infected email, the email
actually came from someone who has your email address in their email address
book. You can look at the last email servers listed at the bottom of the
the header properties for the email to see what ISP actually actually sent
out the email, though it is usually difficult to determine the actual email
address or IP address used to send the email.

It's worth noting that they have tens of millions of user accounts to deal
with so you may be quite far down on the "to do" list. With regards to
support, well...let's just say you get what you pay for. It *is* a free
service....
