Certificate Request Denied Denied by Policy Module

This is the error message I get when I try to get a certificate ..can
any one help...

Certificate Request Denied

Your certificate request was denied.
Your Request Id is 30. The disposition message is "Denied by Policy
Module 0x80094800, The request was for a certificate template that is
not supported by the Certificate Services policy: True. ".
Contact your administrator for further information.

It appears that you are attempting to request a certificate that is
based on a certificate template that is not available at the CA. Ensure
that if you open the Certification Authority console, that the
certificate template that you are requesting is available in the
Certificate Templates (in Win2k3) or Policy Settings (in Win2k)
container.

I am having this exact same problem. I can't seem to find much about this
specific error so I think it might be very rare or I am doing something
wrong. It i'sn't, however, a problem with the templates. They are all
there. The one thing that is strange is that when issuing a request I don't
get the question about what port SSL should use.
I tried to replicate the error at home, where I have a W2K3 test system,
but there it worked the first time without any problems. Furthermore, I got
the option to assign a pot number.
