By searching the Symantec website:
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/bloodhound.w32.3.html

If it's in system restore of ME/XP then turn system restore off.

AFAIK Bloodhound isn't a virus, it's the name for their "heuristic" scanner.
Heuristics works by finding possibly suspicious code or combination of bits
in a file, such as a command to "FORMAT" a hard drive. Because of this, use
of heuristics causes increased false alarms.

For any virus problem, download the latest antivirus updates for the week
and run a scan. If nothing is found, it's probably not a virus. You can
always run a second antivirus scan such as http://housecall.antivirus.com
which is free for a second opinion.

If a specific virus name is found and can't be deleted or removed,
www.sarc.com has a virus database you can search for removal instructions.

If this is a false alarm, you may want to change your heuristics setting
within Norton Antivirus.

Since Norton is a Symantec product, I'd pursue support from Symantec instead
of Microsoft.
