I have received the following email from "nyc-firm-bat-
01.confirmit.com" that contains a link. Is this
legitimate MS email? Does MS have an email address I can
forward this to to verify the intent?

From: WWM...@Microsoft.com
Subject: Your recent Microsoft business purchase

Dear Charles Haven,

We would like to thank you for your recent Microsoft
business purchase and hope you are very satisfied with
your overall purchase experience.

Please take this opportunity to provide your comments to
Microsoft regarding your purchase and deployment
experience. Provided below is a link to a survey designed
to take less than 10 minutes to complete. While Microsoft
will not be directly contacting you as a result of taking
this survey, your feedback will directly influence
decisions shaping Microsoft's sales process, as well as
enabling Microsoft to deliver improved services to better
support your business needs in the future.

Thank you in advance for your input. Our customers'
satisfaction is a top priority at Microsoft.

I don't see any indications that this is not legitimate.

Microsoft does use third-parties to host surveys.
