Can someone help me!
I own a microsoft SVP mobile phone and unforunately my
child has entered a password and lock the phone. Now the
password has been forgotten. Is there an overide password
to enable access to the phone. If anyone knows about this
sort of problem or knows where to point me in the right
direction i will appreciate it.
Please kindly email responds to hajj_2000_2005 @ yahoo . com
Thank you for your time
When you bought your phone, a manual came with it. There should be a
tech support phone number in it. Call the phone's tech support.

Go to the phone mftr.'s website and look up information for your
specific phone. Look at the phone to see the model number. I'm sure the
website will also have the tech support number. If you are unsure how
to find the company's website, plug the name of the company into
Google.
Hello . I admit I have never heard of Microsoft SVP phone and I also can't
find description about this . Since you say "Microsoft" I suggest you contact

I'm new to this group, but even though your message is a few days old, I
thought I could offer some small piece of advice.
The phone you refer to is not a Microsoft phone - it is a Microsoft-powered
Orange Smartphone SPV. When you enter a specific name, take care not to make
typo (as SVP instead of SPV for example), because those who try to find
information about it to help you will have less chance of success.
If you search (Google or other) for "Orange Smartphone SPV", you will get a
couple million hits. The difficult part will be sifting through the
information to find what may help you.
If I was lucky, then this page may help:
http://web.orange.co.uk/yourphone/spv2/?rd=1&menu=yourorange.yourphone.spv2&menu=yourorange.yourphone.spv2
There is a "contact us" link on that page; maybe somebody there can help.
If you are not in the UK, it may be a problem... looks like this may be a UK
entity that serves customer base in the UK only - but I am not sure of that.
Good luck,
Evan
