Hotmail account trouble

My computer has been crashed by viruses a few days ago.
I scaned my computer with Norton AntiVirus and Microsoft AntiSpyware and they didn't found anything. But this Spy Guard found 3 viruses and 15 spyware!

My question is, are they getting into my account or are they just forging my address into them email. how can i stop this sort of thing from happening? Ive changed my password and contacted hotmail about it, but they never got back to me.

1.Check your personal computer for all kind of threats.Nowadays there are
many trojans ,keyloggers or spyware that are very dangerous
.Trojan-keyloggers are the most dangerousin your case because if you have it
,it saves EVERY keystrock you do on your keyboard.
2.Make your PC more secure
3.Chane your password and security question and make them more secure
4.Report your problem to MSN. Contact them!!!

Visit your Hotmail/MSN account
change your password .Make it stronger !!!
This means that you use numbers ,letters and
at least one special character such as @ # - and so on...
Also ,change the question that you are asked when you forget your password.
Do not use your birthday ,place of living ,you pet's name or any personal
and well-known info.Also never include stupid combination of letters or
numbers that you can easy forget

call a dictionary attack and your name is simply forged into the
headers.
Here are the relevant complaint addresses. They'll insist on
having the complete source code, meaning the headers PLUS the
whole body of code for the email. In OE, you get that with
CTRL-F3; not sure about other clients but it vcan be done from
Hotmail if that's where you got it.
