Hoax ?

I recently recieved an email stating that MSN is closing accounts, and that
the message was the final message, i would have to send it to fifteen other
people if not my account would be shut down permanetly..Is this a hoax
message ?

recipients within a given time limit or else....

Delete it - it is a hoax or junk mail that continues to clog up the ISP
servers across the world.
