It appears that Microsoft is a client of markettools.com
(http://www.markettools.com/clients.html) and the link to
deploy.ztelligence.com appears legit (cf. http://deploy.ztelligence.com/),
so I suppose the message itself is legit. MS, markettools.com and
zintelligence.com could all do a better job of at least attempting to
present this communication as legit and safe.

Whether you choose to go to the link or participate in the survey is of
course your call.

Thank you for taking the time to look into it for me. I sure appreciate it.
I agree that it would be helpful if MS had a notation somewhere on its site
that MarketTools is conducting surveys on behalf of Microsoft.
Thanks again!
