I have MBSA 2.0 currently configured to run via command line using the
following command;

mbsacli /n SQL+Password /listfile machines.txt /catalog wsusscan.cab /nvc
/nai /nm /nd

When running this locally on the ISA 2004 server I receive the following
error:

An error occurred while scanning for security updates. (0x80244018)

My scan works on all other servers, its only the ISA server that generates
this error message. Any ideas on this, I'm getting tired of googling this one.

This is likely a problem with your proxy server. You may want to review
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;885819 and/or run
PROXYCFG -d (see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/289481/EN-US/ for details).
