I am having trouble trying to download a fix for this vitumod. Everytime
I try to go to a security page to download one, I am redirected or it won't
pull the website up, it says that the connection cannot be detected and it is
only wth anti spyware or virus removal sites such as microsoft, etc...
Everthing that I have read on this virus says that this is the cause.
Please help.

For one, this is NOT a virus. It is either the Vundo Trojan or the Virtumonde Adware
which are both in the WinFixer Family of malware.

It is suggested that you execute each tool in Normal Mode then in Safe Mode.
If you are using any version of Sun Java that is prior to JRE Version 6.0,
then you are strongly urged to remove any/all versions.
There are numerous vulnerabilities in them and they are actively being exploited.
It is highly suggested that you update to the latest version which is Sun Java JRE/JSE
Version 6.0 update 7 (jre 6u7)
Simple check, look under...
C:\Program Files\Java
The only folder under that folder should be the latest version.
