Pass a value to a vbs file

Can a command line value be passed to a vbs file?

For example if I were working with a batch file I would pass the number 100
this way.

test.bat 100

and I would use 100 in the batch (test.bat) as %1

but I don't know how (or if) I can do this with a vbs file. My situation is
that I will have a batch file run a vbs file and I want it to pass the vbs a
1, 2 or 3.
