Another ACCESS Q: Why don't I see the "Script Outline window"?

In Access (design view of a data access page) the Microsoft Script
Editor is supposed to display a Script Outline window (very helpful!)
displaying the available object models for my document and the scripts
on the page I am writing in Source view of the HTML editor. The problem
is that when I work on our webserver no such window is available in the
script editor, but on my client PC it is. I checked for differences but
can’t figure out any reason. Does anyone have an idea?
