Apparent Math.round bug

In IE8 & IE9, it appears that Math.round is implemented as in Note 2,
rather than as in the normative part, of the Math.round section of ECMA
262. It therefore fails with integers in the range 2^52 <= x < 2^53
(which are exact), due to rounding up at the addition stage.
