from Excel into Schedule+?

The best way to import from Excel is to save the Excel file as a .csv (comma
delimited) file. Then choose import as text in S+ and match the fields from
Excel to the S+ fields. Your data should be seperated in columns with the
field names in the first row on your Excel sheet.
