I wish that I could print a customer receipt for a payment right when they
make it. Why do I have to give them a Customer Statement or a Transaction
Journal History to show what payments they made? Duh!

Maybe, I am just learning and don't fully understand how it represents in
the system, but I would want a RECEIPT for a payment that I can immediately
mail to them after they paid for an invoice or mailed me a payment. It
should not be complicated and jumping through multiple windows.

Get this: I make the payment entry and then have the option of printing the
Receipt, but it does not allow printing from that window. 1:1 -- entry of
payment: printing of receipt.

Very simple and missing, if I understand things correctly.
