I want to import BCM contacts or account so I don't have to enter each one
manually. Any way to do this.

In outlook you can export the Account or contacts into a .csv file.
After doing this, you can then click File, Utilities, Import

This will bring up a wizard to where you can import the .csv file you
created from BCM. You have to map the fields in BCM up with fields in SBA
which isn't ideal but jc, for your purpose it does give you a viable solution
over having to manually recreate your contacts and accounts.
This information can also be found in BCM and SBA's help files.

We approached this in a different way. Since we use BCM as our
contact/accounts manager for opportunities and scheduling work, we added our
customer base in SBA upon purchase thru link to accounting. Now all customers
in SBA are those who actually purchased from us and their financial history
is available to us in BCM for future marketing opportunities.
