Yes...!! the water mark saying (NOT PAID) i dont really care for it nor do my
clints / customers.
Quickbook invoice dont have it..

Open one of your invoices, click on File > Print
Uncheck the "Include Status Watermark" checkbox on the bottom right of the
print properties dialog box (Details section).

Uncheck the watermark / status option in the print dialog.
