EZP's bug ?

Hi,
After each start of Word, my toolbars catch some new "EZP" button.
When clicking one of these "EZP" button, a "1220 error" message occurs.
I cannot sweep away these unusefull buttons, and so, my toolbars are
slipping down, and my sheet becomes smaller...!
Can you help me ?
