Auditng Options for RMS Documents

Is there some utility, function, interface or third party software that
allows an audit of the permissions assigned to a group of RMS-enabled
documents?

Also, does such functionality exist for IRM-enabled Sharepoint document
libraries?

If you want to track documents, you'll need to use some kind of third party
software. Check out Gigatrust and Liquid machines web sites for more information.
