Can't access Certification site after upgrading AD RMS

Hi All,

I performed and upgrade of RMS v1 SP2 by joining the Cluster with a new AD RMS server on Windows Server 2008 R2. However when I try to access the certification URL I get the following error "Windows RMS is attempting to use a database whose version is incompatible (current major database version:5). Please upgrade RMS to the appropriate version (major version:7)."

I changed the IP address to point to the new RMS server after the upgrade. Any ideas as to what causes this problem and how to solve it.
