RMS does not work after migrating user to new domain

Hello:

I have domain A (win2k3), which has RMS installed and has a user jon doe.
Now i migrated user jon Doe with SID history to domain B(windows 2008).
Domain A and Domain B has a forest two way trust. now user jon doe cannot
open his rms enabled doucments nor send out any rms enabled emails.
everything else is working..

any thoughts

Does he have the same mail attribute?

If his mail attribute changed, you need to add his old e-mail attribute to
his proxy-addresses attribute.
