AD RMS and Sharepoint Foundation 2010

I have installation (demo environment):
1 server: Windosw 2008 R2 DC + Sharepoint Foundation 2010
2 serwer: Windows 2008 Std with AD RMS role
1 server: Windosw 2008 R2 DC + Sharepoint Foundation 2010
2 serwer: Windows 2008 Std with AD RMS role
Everything is installed correctly. I can enable Information Management
Rights on Sharepoint Foundation and on document libraries - so far everything
looks fine.
I can upload documents (eg. word file) to doc library wirt RMS policy - ok
But when any user try to open document - there is no interact with RMS
server - document is not protected. Why?
There is no errors in log files
