RMR not wqorking with word 2003 and vista

Hi,

I'm trying to get RMR working in word 2003 running on vista, I download the
add in and it says it was done correctly, but when I open word the icon is
not there.

so is it compartible with Vista?

or am I just unlucky and it won't work at all
