Is Microsoft supporting Reader, or is it abandoned?

There haven't been any updates in YEARS, and I can think of a lot of things
I'd like to see done, exclusively in the file management area...

It is still the best reader out there, and I have thousands of books for it.
I don't want to have to rebuy books because one day MSFT just drops it and
my next PC can't run the current one...

Thanks,

Metrakay

Metrakay,

Yes, Microsoft is still supporting the Microsoft Reader. We would welcome
any feedback you have regarding new features. You can provide feedback here
or you can send email to msread...@comcast.net.

Sincerely,
Christine - Microsoft Reader Team

Hi Christine,

Radical idea, how about getting a release out there that works on the
current versions of windows mobile?

I have WM 6.1 and do not expect to lose anything when I upgraded. Is this
like Vista where you lose the ability to run programs as you go to new
Microsoft applications. Reader used to work just fine with Windows 98 and
Active Sync 2.0. I would like a response as to when I can activate Reader on
my new $400.00 phone. Thank you
Phil
