I have 4 single page documents that I would like to combine into 1 four page
publication.

You can open multiple instances of MS Publisher.

Open each document and copy / paste into a new project.

I am wating to merge two publisher documents too! I have tried the copy and paste thing but the formatting changes - all the colours / fonts etc are not the same. Are there any other ways?
