Hi all.
I have a four page newsletter which I wish to send by email to a number of
clients.
I don't want to send it as an attachment but rather as a message, whereby
upon opening the email, they read the newsletter directly, and scroll down
through each page.At the moment I can only send one page at a time - I'd like
to be able to send all four.
Any suggestions/help? Thanking you in advance

When creating the news letter, set the page to 44" (the length of 4 pages)
and put all on it.

Kevin Feallaire <KevinFe...@discussions.microsoft.com> was very
recently heard to utter:

Resize page one of your newsletter so that it is long enough to fit all four
of your pages on.
Copy and paste the other three pages onto page one.
Send page one as an email message.

'Tis the only way, unfortunately.

Even when you do that, it will only print one sheet of the email. Bummer.

Okay - then what the heck did I do wrong? I created an email with Publisher
but could not get it to print more than one page. I spent hours tweaking it
and sending it to myself so that I could make sure I got all of the
pertinent information on one page.

Is there a secret?

(It was the first time I used that feature. We were trying to advertise an
upcoming class that was in danger of being cancelled due to a lack of
participation. Fortunately it was successful - we even ended up with a
waiting list!)

If there is a secret I couldn't find it. I pasted lorem into a 40 inch publication
and sent it as a message to myself and it printed. I didn't insert pictures in the
first send, the second send I inserted a couple of pictures the email turned into one
long image. I opened it in Corel and tiled the thing so it would print.

I also can only print the first page of a two-page newsletter (which is all
on one Publisher page and does contain pictures). Can only print the first
page within Publisher (even though the Print Preview shows it over 2 pages)
and also can only print the first page of the resulting e-mail. Is there any
simple solution for this to ensure e-mail recipients can print the whole
thing?

I may be wrong, when you elongate the Publisher document so both pages will email,
you probably have to tile the print as it does come across as an image. It would be
best to send as an attachment but your recipients would have to have Publisher to
open the document.

You would be better served sending a PDF, there are free converters around, this is
one:
