No matter what we do with the set up, we cannot get the publication to print
correctly. If I select Booklet, we get 4 pages on a side. If I select
Duplex, it shrinks it down. If I leave everything as is, it won't duplex.
When we do a print preview in Publisher the pages line up correctly; page 12
is with page 1, page 2 is with page 11, page 3 is with page 10 etc.
I need to figure out a way to have this print catalog style in our printer.
Can you help.
I usually print to a pdf file so that I can verify the report then using the
pdf file, I print to paper.
I hope this helps.
You could save as a PDF and then print. Microsoft has a Save as a PDF add-in for
Office 2007.

It sounds like your printer driver settings are fighting with
Publisher's settings.
Publisher's "Booklet" setup sends two pages per side of paper to the
printer. Thus if you then also tell your printer to booklet it, then it
will put two of those pages onto a side - i.e. 4-up, as you have seen.
I'm not sure why duplex is shrinking it down.
Perhaps the easiest way forward is to reset the page setup to Full Page,
8.5×5.5, and then set the printer to expect an 8.5×5.5 page, and booklet
it to 8.5×11. i.e. Publisher just sends each page in sequence, the
printer handles the imposition and duplexing, since it seems to be
refusing to duplex Publisher's imposed pages.
