Haven't we covered this ground before, Don?
Publisher 97 cannot load files created in Publisher 98, or saved in
Publisher 98 format. It seems after Publisher 97 was released, Microsoft
lost the documentation explaining how exactly to save in a
Publisher-97-readable format...
