I have a Note 10+ on T-Mobile (Locked). After the android 10 update the printer I had set up through the HP print service plugin stopped working. This was odd so I remove HP print service and tried to re-add the printer.

I'm adding the printer through HP print service plugin via IP address. The printer is fully reachable and online (wired printer laserjet CP2025n). I'm getting the generic unhelpful error of "Unable to communicate with the printer."
I'm able to print through a 3rd party app called "PrintHand". I'm still directly connecting to printer (app discovered it on the network). So my conclusion is there is something wrong with HP Print plugin for Android 10. From what I gather the Samsung Print plugin uses the same tech as HPs solution. I guess I'll buy this app...
