Quick answer : yes and no. Confused? You can insert an ani-gif into
publisher but the program resaves all graphics into a static gif format.
What I do is: Have the ani-gif in the directory that you publish the web
to. Make a copy of the ani-gif. Find out what the name of the static
image is. It's something like img0.gif. Write down the name. Delete that
sucker. Rename the copy to the name of the file you just deleted and
voila! Don't delete the original ani-gif. You'll need it everytime you
edit your web.
