Business Cards Not Printing Properly Vertically Aligned

Hello:

I am using Publisher 97 under Windows 7. I am trying to print
some business cards. Unfortunately, although I am using standard 10
per sheet stock, the printing is too high on the page.

The card does have margins around the text, and they show on the
screen, but when I print the cards the first line is just below the
edge of the card. i.e. no margin. The left-right positioning is
fine.

I adjusted everything down, and it now prints more or less as I
want, but the bottom text of the card actually shows on the screen as
being off the bottom of the card.

I have been looking for a setting that would adjust the alignment
on the page, but I have been unable to find anything that works.

I did change printers and am wondering if I should try
reinstalling Publisher.
