Can anyone suggest management software to run on MSProxy2.0 that will allow
me to block sites for one group of users but allow unlimited acces for
another group of usres?

Use a proxy server for each group, or use a real firewall...

Can't you do permissions based on IP addresses?

Are you talking about the socks service or the WWW service or just packet
filtering? This might work, but is still a weak implementation because
users could use other machines, etc... DHCP would be a mess...

I think what people want here is a better implementation of the domain
filter and the ability to choose different filters based on group
membership? Right? You definitely need 3rd party package to do that!

number of per user access rights ranging from unfiltered to
selected allow only lists.
