Configuring Exchange with Proxy

Hi,

I currently have a small network of 5 machines. Two of these machines are
servers, one with Exchange Server and one with Proxy Server.

I need to configure Exchange to pick up emails from multiple accounts on
an external Pop3 server (using dial-up) and deposit the meaasges into the
users mailboxes. This needs to be done through Proxy Server as the dial-
up connection is on that machine.

Can anyone provide me with any pointers or even direct me to a web-
site/page that can guide me through the process?
