Best way to insert a project plan and gantt chart into a Word doc?

Is there a way to copy and paste an object from Proj to Word?
I can do this with Excel, but doesn't seem to work with Project.
Any suggestions?
Right now I print to both to PDF and insert using Adobe, but this is not
perfect.
Also tried inserting an image from a screen capture, but detail is not
easily discernable.
Any suggestions would be appreciated,

In Project, Use Edit, Copy Picture.
Version 2003 also has a Wizard for this export
