I had a problem with my past project - I allocated 150 hours to it but the
Actual Hours overshot to 300 hours. The project members did not realise that
they had overshot the allocated hours because Work Hours kept increasing in
line with Actual Hours. (e.g., let's say you have a task with 150 hours
assigned to 3 people, with 50 hours each. If one of them takes 150 hours,
the other 2 will still have Remaining Hours of 50 each, which is a problem
because the allocated hours to the task will be overblown.
