Modify Project Central Calendar for Holidays

Project Central server was handed off to me without documentaton.
Looking through the help topics and web resources, I am still a bit
unclear as to how to add holidays to Project Central 2000. Uploading
your calendar from Outlook 2000 simply adds those items specific to the
user. From what I see using Project alone in Tools- Change Working
Time, that appears to be specific to the project as well.

How does one go about setting specific days as holidays in the yearly
calendar that will be part of all projects for the year?
