"Actual work" fields disabled in timesheet

Hi group,

I uploaded a project to our ProjectCentral-Server and assigned a task
to myself. After playing around and setting the task in the timesheet
as finished, even after changing it back (remaining work = 24 hrs, %
complete work = 0%), the actual work fields in the right side of the
timesheet are disabled.

Besides although the task is scheduled to start from today for three
days (13/07-15/07, 8 hrs each day), the "scheduled work" fields (above
"actual work") contain 0 hrs. The resource sheet in Project though
shows exactly the correct behaviour (task running from 13/07-15/07, 8
hrs each day).
