I need to build a data analysis view that reports hours spent on
administrative tasks (vacation, sick leave, etc.) filtered by RBS.

I understand there are 3 cubes containing timesheet data: EPM timesheet,
Timesheet and MSP Project Timesheet. It appears that only the Timesheet cube
contains administrative time. But, unfortunately it also has no custom
fields like RBS.
Has anyone else come across this? If so, can you share your solution?

Yes, this is definitely a limitation of the out of the box cubes. I have
resorted to creating my own reports using the Reporting Database and SQL
Reporting Services.
