Hi

Scenario:
Team members works on multiple projects at a time.
Project managers have to approve timesheets related to their projects only.
Project managers are not allowed to see other projects’ assignments.

Question:
1.1. Can we send more than one timesheet for the same period to different
Project Managers? If yes, can we later merge related timesheets together?

2. Can we extract different assignments from the same timesheet and send
them to different Project Managers?

In PS2007, task updates and timesheets are two indepedent functions.

Whilst timesheets are forwarded to the resource's timesheet manager, task
updates go to the status manager.

You can't split out timesheet entries for multiple timesheet managers.

You can have more than one status manager in each project [status manager is
a task level system variable]. Task updates will be sent to the appropriate
status manager for approval.
