We have PWA 2003 in use. On one particular machine,

after filling in the effort hours, the data does not gets saved and
the application throws an error called "Catastrophic failure" as
javascript error. on TasksPage.asp.

we have used IE 5 till IE 7, still the problem persists.

any clues,

Amit

Did you try to save the timesheet from other machine? Might be a machine
specific issue.

1) Yes this is machine specific
2) We tried another user, with admin rights still it persists.
3) We will try the steps mentioned in KB Try KB – 818046

However we r not sure whether this will solve the issue.

The machine has Win Server 2003 as OS.

Wht is the final conclusion so that the user can accept the solution
as he might deter from formating the machine or so.

Thanks for the update.
