Hi, when actuals are entered in MS Project 2003 using the Task usage view,
they do not appear in PWA. So a resource enters new actuals using PWA, all
actuals previously entered from MS Project are deleted.

Is there a way to have previously entered actuals with MSP shown in PWA?

Thanks!

Are you publishing the changes after they've been entered in MS Project?

Ben:

Using 2003, you need to "Republish" tasks that you status in Project
directly selecting the option to "overwrite actual work" in PWA. This is the
only way to get the actual work entered in Project to show up in PWA. Using
Publish only, will not do the trick.

Thanks for the information, but where do you select the "overwrite actual
work" option?
