Routines for editing/deleting .mdb records

I know enough about access/vbscripting to be dangerous.

I need to set up a webpage that will allow me to search a small (200 record)
.mdb (access) file for a record using the USER ID and PASSWORD as search
fields and then allow me to edit it or delete the record. There is one
other field that needs to be displayed/edited called LEVEL but I don't want
to search on it. I have everything working for adding records to the
database but cannot seem to get this part to work. I have looked at
commercial packages but I really don't need that degree of sophistication or
complexity.

If anyone has a library that would get me going in the right direction I
would appreciate it.
