Slide animations not working in Producer

I've imported slides from PowerPoint 2010 into Producer but the
transitions and animiations that I created in PPT don't appear in
Producer. The "disable slide animations on import" and "disable slide
transitions on import" are checked (tools>options>general), but
they're grayed-out so I can't un-check them. Is there a way to do
this so that my transitions and animations appear?
