I have done mine by accessing a Userform on the slide. All you have to know
is which command button has the respective answer and click on it. I will
send you my sample slide (off-line of course) if you want it.

Please don't post attachments, Chaplain Prewett.

Can you tell us what version of PPT you're using? That's the most
important thing here. If you're using PPT 2002/XP, this is pretty easy
to do. In fact, there are some Jeopardy examples on my site that should
get you started. There are also links to Jeopardy examples in previous
versions of PPT, if you're using those.

These are all on the animations page of my site. URL's in signature.

In PPT 2002/XP, the answer is to make the exit effect "triggered". You do
this by going to the custom animation task pane (Slide Show->Custom
Animation). Right-click the effect you want to change, and go to timing...
from the dropdown menu. From there, you click the triggers button so you can
change it to start the effect on click of the object you want.

Thanks really belongs to the MVPs who are out here in the newsgroup in
force. The MVPs rock! All of us in the PowerPoint development, program
management, and test teams really appreciate the support and solutions that
you guys provide. I just stop by from time to time to offer help when I can.
I'll say hi to Ric for you.

I've used this solution in my classroom. I don't remember
exactly how Family Feud is set up, but you could use
hyperlink to create what you need. May be more simplistic
than some of the programmers out there, but it works.
Create an individual slide for each response and don't show
the table until all answers are revealed for that question.
Example:
Slide 1: Round 1: Favorite Halloween candy
#1 Highlight # 1 in slide and right click Hyperlink, click
on "Place in document" and hyperlink it to slide 2. Repeat
this on #2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 linking to its correct page.
#2
#3
#4
#5
#6
#7
Survey says: create a link to the table for survey.
Next Question

Slide 2: #1: Gobstoppers Create a duplicate hyperlink
button for slides 2-7 that allow you to return to slide 1.
Slide 3: #2: Hershey's Almond
Slide 4: #3: Almond Joy
Slide 5: #4: Sweet Tarts
Slide 6: #5: Bubble Gum
Slide 7: Complete survey in table format with final results.

I'd be glad to email you a sample offline if you'd like.

Here's a way you could do this. I use this in my classroom
often. Create a page that hyperlinks the answers to
individual pages. For example
Slide 1: Question Favorite Halloween Candy?
5: Survey says... Highlight Survey says & right click to
hyperlink (click on Place in this document) to page 2.
NOTE: always create all slides first before hyperlinking)
4: Survey says
3: Survey says
2: Survey says
1: Survey says

Repeat steps for each reply that links it to a different
page. Always create a hyperlink button that allows you to
return to that page.
Create an individual slide for each number
Slide 2: 5: Survey says gobstopppers! Create a hyperlink
that returns to slide 1.

I could email you a sample if you need further information.
