Not on its own, no.
If you have Adobe Acrobat or any of several other PDF-making programs on the
market, you can print from PowerPoint (or nearly any other program on your
computer) to a PDF.

Things move around in each new version of Acrobat, so the steps might be slightly
different, but:
Open the PDF in Acrobat (not Reader)
Choose Document, Pages, Crop (or Document, Crop Pages in earlier versions)
Use the cropping tools to adjust the cropped off area.
Apply to all pages
Save the file to a new name
That should do it
