You could simply upload the PPT to the site, link to it from another page
and let anyone who already has PPT installed view it in their browser or
download it to view it in PPT or the Viewer.
You could save it as HTML from PPT or using something like
http://www.rdpslides.com/pp2html. to do the conversion to web pages and
upload those.
The PPT FAQ at http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/
includes links to a site that explains how to convert the PPT to streaming
media.
