adding a slide show to a web site

Is it possable to upload a Powerpoint 97 slide show presentation onto a web
site? Any help with this situation will be greatly appreciated.

There are any number of ways of doing this, depending on what you want to
do.

You could simply upload the PPT to the site, link to it from another page
and let anyone who already has PPT installed view it in their browser or
download it to view it in PPT or the Viewer.

You could save it as HTML from PPT or using something like
http://www.rdpslides.com/pp2html. to do the conversion to web pages and
upload those.

The PPT FAQ at http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/
includes links to a site that explains how to convert the PPT to streaming
media.

It's been a long time since I used PP97, but I believe there is a
separate add-in for HTML conversions. It should be on the installation
CD. Unfortunately, it is not installed automatically.

Hopefully, someone will correct me if I am wrong <g>
