Help, Our office has never used Power Point and we need to
know about graphic files for a slide presentation that
will be displayed on a 8x8 foot screen. We purchased a
300dpi (8MG) (print quality) graphics file from Gettyworks
and added some text. I was told that the file needed to be
changed/converted from the 300dpi (print) to a 72dpi
(screen). Another person said the 300pdi would work fine.
Any assistance would be greatly appreceiated. I'm having
nightmares that when our company's slide to on the big
screen it'll be a blur of blue and gray. Thank you. Diane

A) Forget DPI. In this context it's not meaningful information.
B) Assuming you'll be using a video projector to fill the big silver screen,
find out what its maximum resolution is
C) Make sure you can set your computer to the same resolution (if you don't
know how, ask, we'll explain)
D) Make your fullscreen images the same resolution as the projector and your
PC are set to

Typically, that means 1024x768 pixel images

Right-click a blank spot on the desktop. Select Properties. Click the
Settings tab. Slide the screen area slider to the right place. Voila!
