Is it possible to change the page setup configuration for individual slides
instead of affecting the setting globally ?

For example if I want slides of different page sizes or orientations in one
powerpoint file is this possible ?
When changing the Page Setup options it affects the entire Powerpoint
presentation.
If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks !

No, not within a single presentation. The usual way around this is to use
linked presentations.
