how can I do hatch (hatchure) inside a shape in Powerpoint?

I really need make some hatchure on some of the photos to emphesize on some
parts, could any body help me on this issue?

Hi Steve,
There was no reply from "Negar" to this. I have the same question and my
version is 2007. Can you or any one else help?

In the powerpoint 2007 section titled "No more Pattern Fills in

It explains some work arounds.
