Dear reader,
I've got a autorun ppt from CD.I did this the way sonia described. Now i
have a new ppt with the first slide includes a video (indeo compressed
.avi). The place holder for my video is shown but my video is not. After
this short appearance the next slide is shown.
My devote question is now:
How do I get my video to play? There is no problem playing the video
from the CD by just clicking on the presentation in explorer. At least
it should start automatically when the ppt starts. (I solve this using
the animation options)
Is it necessary to copy the mplay32.exe to any directory on the CD?
Or is it obligatory to have mplay32.exe installed on the users PC?

Thanks for your answer

quick question...

is your video file (avi?) on the cd in the same directory as your .ppt file?

It should be if it is not.

Question:
Is there a way for me to tell the Pack and Go Wizard to put the videos in a
subdirectory of videos? That way there is a bit of organization in the
CD-ROM root?

Regards,

Eric Leslie

I have implemented a gif-files as background using the format-background
option. Then i create my slide.
I want to print it, but only my text boxes are printed.
Is there a way to print my hole slide including the background?
Thanks for the answer.

Look at the options in the Print dialog box. Chances are that one of the
B/W options is being turned on automatically. Try turning it off.
